She is best known for her work on the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons, where she voiced characters such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, and Tweety Bird.

Foray was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, and began her career in radio in the 1940s. She later moved to television, where she worked on a variety of animated series, including The Flintstones, The Jetsons, and Scooby-Doo.
